STEP 1: SCRIPT WRITING

Required Format

✅ English dialogue · ✅ Anime style (no live action) · ✅ 9:16 portrait · ✅ 60–90 seconds · ✅ Screenplay format below

Opening Shot

The opening makes or breaks the video. Ask yourself:

  1. Can a viewer understand what's happening on mute, with no subtitles?
  2. Does the image provoke an immediate emotional reaction?
  3. Within 5 seconds, does the viewer know who to root for and who to hate?

💡 The strongest openings for drama are relatable, not spectacular. Being cheated on, publicly humiliated, ignored by someone you love — the viewer stops scrolling because they recognize their own life.

Pacing

💡 Golden Rule: A new shot, line, or emotional hit every 3 seconds. Nothing static for 5+ seconds or viewers swipe.

Scene Structure

Every scene must have a clear function. If you can't name it in one phrase, it's filler — delete it.

🚨 No "setup" scenes, "transition" scenes, or "bridge" scenes. Every scene delivers or gets cut.
