# Mochi Halloween Stories 2026

Three ways to join Mochi Halloween Stories. Recommend a spooky series, vote for your favorite binge, or share your own Halloween Special.

Find your next spooky binge. Share a Halloween discovery. Give your cast a Halloween detour. 🎃

**Nominations are open! Choose how you’d like to join:**

* [**Halloween Binge Picks**](#halloween-binge-picks) — recommend someone else’s series with **15+ episodes**. The community votes.
* [**Spooky New Discoveries**](#spooky-new-discoveries) — recommend someone else’s spooky series. **No episode minimum.** Winners are drawn at random.
* [**Halloween Specials**](#halloween-specials) — submit **your own new Halloween filler episode**. Winners are drawn at a later watch night.

**One award category per creator.** You can still recommend other creators and join the separate participation raffles in all three.

New to the server? [**Join Mochi Discord**](https://discord.gg/mochitv).

This round is Halloween themed. More events for other genres and stories are on the way! 💚

**Voting opens October 30 at 6 PM Pacific and closes October 31 at noon Pacific.** You do not need to attend Story Night to vote.

**Five winners, chosen by community votes:**

| ----- | -------------- |
| 1st | **1,000 Gems** |
| 2nd | **800 Gems** |
| 3rd | **600 Gems** |
| 4th | **400 Gems** |

#### Watch night + prize wheel

After submissions close, we’ll watch the Halloween episodes and draw **five eligible creators at random for 400 Gems each**.

**Watch night and draw date: to be announced on Discord.** Specials is separate from the October 30 Discoveries draw. One equal wheel entry per eligible creator; no voting, and you do not need to attend to win.

Results follow the later event and eligibility checks.

### Halloween Story Night

**October 30 · 6 PM Pacific / 9 PM Eastern · Mochi Discord**

Join us for short clips, spooky finds and the **Spooky New Discoveries prize wheel**. The **Binge Picks community vote opens at the start of the event** and stays open until October 31 at noon Pacific.

**Halloween Specials gets its own later watch night**, after its October 31 submission deadline. We’ll share the date on Discord.

All dates on this page are in **2026**. Pacific times follow the local clock.

### Participation raffle

A little thank-you for sharing your finds. 🎟️

Up to **50 eligible people per category receive 10 Gems each**, selected at random after checks. If 50 or fewer qualify, everyone on that category’s eligible list receives 10 Gems.

* **Binge Picks + Discoveries:** make an eligible nomination of another creator’s series.
* **Specials:** submit your own eligible Halloween filler episode.
* **One raffle entry per person per category.** Join all three for up to **30 Gems**. Extra posts add no chances; voting alone does not enter you.
* Existing eligible nominations and raffle entries remain valid. **No need to resubmit.**

Binge/Discoveries raffle results follow on October 31 after checks. The Specials raffle follows its later deadline and checks. You may receive a creator prize and a separate raffle reward.

### Share a Halloween watch — optional social bonus

**75 Gems for the first 20 eligible people after verification.** 📱

1. Share a Halloween recommendation or event graphic on your own **public social account**. Include a **Mochi story/event link**, **#mochitv #mochihalloween**, and a clear disclosure such as **“Shared for Mochi’s event bonus.”**
2. Submit **your public post link + Mochi username** in [**#share-to-socials**](https://discord.com/channels/1483635115056824432/1550677573078483035) by **October 31 at 11:59 PM Pacific**.
3. Keep the post available through verification.

**One social bonus per person across the event.** Extra posts and cross-posts do not add rewards. Full bonus requirements are below.

#### Creator entries

* **One eligible story in one award category per creator across the event**, even if they have multiple series. If nominations overlap, moderators confirm the creator’s choice before the October 30 ballot and wheel open. A creator choosing Specials keeps its October 31 publication and submission deadline.
* Binge Picks and Discoveries must be published on Mochi and nominated by October 29 at 11:59 PM Pacific. Specials must be published October 20–31 and submitted by October 31 at 11:59 PM Pacific. Drafts and unfinished renders are not eligible.
* Repeated clips, duplicate uploads and artificially split episodes do not count toward Binge’s 15 episodes. Discoveries has no episode minimum or maximum.
* Specials is a new filler episode in an existing series, not a new standalone series or unfinished scene. Clearly mark alternate-universe or non-canon episodes.
* Entries must follow Mochi’s [Content guidelines](/create-and-publish/content-guidelines.md). Keep private account and payment details out of public replies.
* Moderators check theme, category requirements, links and creator duplicates. They do not score stories. Checked lists and results are shared on Discord.
* Existing eligible entries are kept. Moderators will contact anyone whose earlier entry needs a correction.

#### Voting and draws

* Binge’s five highest valid vote totals place 1st–5th. Tied prize positions go to a **24-hour runoff** among the tied series, with opening and closing times announced on Discord. Repeat only unresolved positions; affected results wait until settled.
* Discoveries and Specials each use one equal-weight wheel entry per eligible creator. Winners are drawn without replacement. Nominations, reactions, views and follower counts add no entries.
* A valid wheel spin stands. Technical retries must be explained and recorded.
* If fewer than five eligible creators qualify in a category, award its highest available prize slots. Unfilled prizes are not redistributed.

#### Social bonus requirements

* For social formats without clickable captions, use a profile link or Story link sticker for the Mochi story/event link.
* Moderators verify the post, requirements and account ownership. The first 20 eligible submissions are ordered by their Discord submission time; ineligible posts do not use a slot.
* No purchase, positive review, follower minimum or impression minimum is required.
* Sharing only in Discord does not enter the social bonus. You can qualify for the social bonus, a participation raffle and a creator award under their separate rules.

#### Reward totals

**7,000 Gems in creator prizes**, for up to **15 different winning creators**.

**Maximum event budget: 10,000 Gems** — 7,000 creator prizes + up to 1,500 participation raffle + up to 1,500 social bonuses.

Rewards are credited after account and eligibility checks. A posted result is not confirmation of credit. **No winners have been selected yet.**
