Manage sign-in, account deletion and questions the help center doesn’t answer.

## Contact Mochi Support

Open **Profile → Support** inside Mochi. If you already have a conversation or private Discord ticket, add your update there.

A useful message includes:

* What you were trying to do and what happened.
* The affected series, episode or scene.
* The exact error, if one appears.
* Any steps you’ve already tried.

For a technical issue, include useful details you already have: what you expected instead, the exact error or diagnostic reference, whether it affects a scene preview or the full episode, and your device/platform and app or OS version when relevant. An approximate time or short recording can help reproduce an intermittent failure. You can find the app version under **Profile → Settings → Version**.

You don’t need every detail to get help. A screenshot can help, but a written description is enough. If screenshots are blocked, say so. Support should reuse details you have already supplied, and you can add more information to the same conversation after a handoff. Keep receipts and account details private. Never send your password, sign-in code or full card number.

Daphne handles human support **daily, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific**. She may occasionally reply outside these hours, but late-night replies aren’t guaranteed. Keep updates in your existing conversation.

We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours; some technical investigations take longer.

If you can’t access in-app support, use the Mochi Discord’s support ticket channel.

## I cannot sign in or find my account

Complete any provider sign-in window already open before starting again. Use the sign-in method associated with your Mochi account.

If you created work as a guest, keep the original device and app data intact. Don’t clear storage or reinstall as a recovery step.

For a persistent sign-in problem, tell Support your sign-in method, the last screen you can reach and any exact message. Include device/app details already available; don’t clear app data or repeatedly switch accounts to gather more evidence. Never share a password or verification code.

## Delete my Mochi account

1. Open **Profile → Settings → Delete account**.
2. Read what will be removed and what remains.
3. Follow the confirmation steps, including entering **DELETE** if requested.

The flow provides a **30-day recovery period**. Sign back in during that period to restore the account. After it expires, the account can’t be recovered through that flow.

[Download any finished episodes you want to keep](/create-and-publish/publish-share-and-download.md#download-your-mochi-episodes) before confirming. Cancel a store subscription separately; deleting your account doesn’t cancel billing.

## Suggest a feature or ask about a missing control

Describe what you want to accomplish and what gets in the way. For example: “I want to change an episode title.”

If a control is missing, include the screen and the action you tried. You can find your app version under **Profile → Settings → Version**.
