✅ English dialogue

✅ Anime/stylized art style (NO LIVE ACTION)

✅ 9:16 aspect ratio (portrait)

✅ 60-90 seconds duration

✅ SRT caption file included (use CapCut, Submagic, or editing software)

Plot & Pacing

To succeed on short form platforms, there are several guidelines you should follow. These will turn your video from getting < 1000 views to 10-100k views every single time.

Opening Shot

The opening shot makes or breaks the video. If you cannot capture a viewer’s attention in the first 3 seconds, it will not get any views. Think about these 3 things:

1. Is the opening visual easy to understand?
2. Is the opening visual provocative?
3. Is the opening fast paced enough?

If your answer is no to any of these questions, refine it. The viewer must understand the premise of the video in the first 3-6 seconds, and it must be interesting enough to watch the full video.

To help with this, try to lean on the purple cow effect (from Mr. Beast).

Midsection & Pacing

After you’ve captured the viewer’s interest, you must continue to maintain their attention throughout the full length of the video. You must follow this golden rule:
